GMH TECHNOLOGY WELLNESS HOSPITALITY ADVANTAGES
Long lasting frp panels
Modular panels manufactured with advanced composites require minimum maintenance and upkeep when compared to standard construction and provide increased lifecycle cost savings.
Energy efficient architecture due to superior insulation and internal convection-like continuous ambient airflow inside the unit, with no stagnant corners, requiring less energy to circulate air and maintain even temperatures.
Building envelope is much more energy efficient requiring an average of 70% less heating/air conditioning when compared to a conventional building of the same size. This results in very low utility costs.
Speed of construction
Very fast build times with modules made with fiber reinforced polymers, 70% less materials moved to the work site, an on-site work reduction of 40%. Construction time its cut in about half when compared to traditional builds for an early return of investment.
Resistance to hurricanes
The reduced lift of the domed structure coupled with the weight and strength of the bermed walls provides resistance to storms and hurricanes. Units have already been approved in the US Virgin Islands which has one of the toughest wind building codes in America.
GMH modular technology
Panels are manufactured off-site, under controlled plant conditions, designed to the same codes and standards as conventionally built facilities – but with a reduction in the overall capital costs by 10%-30%, through greater efficiencies of design, delivery and onsite construction.
The units have all the mechanicals coming into the structure through the slab and all the volumes are self supporting so the internal layout can me modified freely as needed. External customizations are also easy since window, door and wall panels have uniform sizes. Any myriad of combinations are possible to satisfy most spatial needs.
Interiors with high ceilings, tall windows, and expansive spaces that integrate internal spaces with external areas through generous (optional) windows. The exterior elegantly integrates with the nature for low visual and construction impact in surrounding eco-system which makes it ideal for eco-sensitive areas.
