One of the main steps is to find suitable land for your project; you need to make sure it has the necessary zoning and permits and access to utilities such as electricity, water, and sewage.
The customer must see the current product brochure before meeting with a project developer, who will be able to advise him on the suitable model for the project.
Meet with a GMH project developer to outline the necessary steps and ensure we follow everything down to the smallest detail, from signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to filling out our project form.
Pay GMH a deposit of $2,000 per unit to proceed with the delivery of the dossier and plans with the engineering stamp. If custom design work is required, there may be some fees involved.
If necessary, our design professionals (architects and engineers) adapt the chosen model according to the specific requirements of the site and the client’s vision, guaranteeing a satisfactory result. Once completed, the customized plans and images of the project are delivered to the client to submit to the city.
Once the city and all the documentation have approved the necessary permits to build the unit, the client pays GMH 50% of the units to be produced.
The production process of the models may take between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on our manufacturing queue.
After the completion of the order, the customer shall pay GMH the remaining 50% of the order to set up delivery.
The delivery of the products is coordinated through a third party. The estimated delivery time is between 15 to 25 days by land in the United States and 30 to 60 days by ocean freight or multimodal.
Once the parts arrive, the certified builder can begin construction. The GMH team will train a local builder to work on the project if there is no certified builder for an extra fee.
